Parish Picnic
In September of 2010, we volunteered to man the BBQ and cook-up hamburgers and hotdogs for the Annual Parish Picnic. This is traditionally the first really visible activity for us each fraternal year and it gives us all a chance to get "back in the groove" after summer vacation. We challenged each other in a Bocci Ball game and the "young" vs. the "old" squared off in a game of Ultima Frisbee.

Wine Experience Event
In February of 2011, we scheduled our first Wine Experience Event. This turned out to be a terrific success with 120 participants. We started the evening with appetizers prepared by the wives of the Knights and featured two different wines to go along with the food. One of our knowledgeable Knights presented seven different wines for tasting, giving information about each of the wines as participants enjoyed sips and swirls. When the wine tasting was complete we served dessert, again made by the wives of the Knights, and for the next couple of hours we danced to a live band.

Lenten Fish Fry
In March of 2011, as we entered the Lenten season, we decided to do a Fish Fry each Friday evening after Stations of the Cross. In the past there had been a soup supper with 20 or so Parishioners attending. Thanks in part to the great job of our Pastor selling the Fish Fry we had 105 people attend the first evening, and the attendance grew steadily each successive week. Not only were we able to help strengthen the fellowship and the community in the Parish, but we were also able to make some money to be used for other activities.

Annual Auction & Dinner
In April of 2011, we had our major fundraising activity - the "Rock & Roll 50's" Parish Auction & Dinner. All twelve committees were headed by Knights and co-chaired with their wives. We were able to sell out all 240 tickets, which is the capacity for our dining room, and had the most successful Auction in the Parish’s history. Making almost $31,000 in profit, which in part would be kept by the Council to fund Program Activities during the 2011-2012 council year, we were able to give the remaining $22,500 to the Parish to be used for a kitchen remodel in the church dining room.

Family of the Month Award
Each month we celebrate a Knight and his family with the "Family of the Month" award. The Knight is recognized at the monthly business meeting and a picture is taken of him with his wife. The picture is placed, along with a brief write-up outlining their contributions to the Parish and Council, in the church bulletin, on the Knight's Bulletin Board in the church dining room, and on the council website.
Mother's Day Brunch
Each year on Mother's Day we hold a Mother's Day Brunch to celebrate all those very special people in our lives. A wonderful meal is prepared that includes some delicious ham, eggs, french toast, fruit, and potatoes of some sort. Each mother is also given a carnation to make her feel even more loved.
