Ministry of Care

This outreach ministry serving the needs of the elderly and shut -ins include weekly Catholic services at Avalon Nursing Home and Northpointe Assisted Living, as well as Mass each month.

We would like to thank Don P. for his handiwork. He has built a beautiful wooden box for transporting the ciborium to the nursing homes. The box is beautifully crafted and is a much more reverent way of bringing the Eucharist to our friends in area nursing homes.
